Statutes > South-dakota > Title-5 > Chapter-10 > Statute-5-10-185-10-18. Investment of permanent school funds. The moneys of the common school permanent fund and other educational funds shall be invested by the State Investment Council, in accordance with the provisions of § 4-5-27.
