Statutes > South-dakota > Title-5 > Chapter-10 > Statute-5-10-45-10-4. Supervision by commissioner of collections, apportionment, and distribution of funds. The commissioner of school and public lands shall have supervision of the collection of all money due the state for the purposes aforesaid, and of the apportionment and distribution of such funds to the several counties and public institutions of the state.
