5-15-49. Centennial Cultural Heritage Center established in Pierre. There is hereby created a South Dakota Centennial Cultural Heritage Center which shall include the storage of archival records, a research center, an exhibit area, and office space. The Centennial Cultural Heritage Center shall be located in Pierre under the control and supervision of the Department of Tourism and State Development.
