5-15-9. Publications by commission--Maps, surveys, and studies. The Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to cause to be printed and distributed such pamphlets and leaflets and information as is proper and necessary to further and advance the work, objects, and aims of the commission, and to acquaint South Dakota citizens therewith, by having the same ordered and supplied through the Bureau of Administration; to have maps, diagrams, drawings, sketches, representations, preliminary surveys, and studies made in conjunction with their work, and to do all the necessary things to effectuate the purposes and intent of §§ 5-15-1 to 5-15-23, inclusive.
