5-17-16.1. Sale or lease of real property--Value fixed by independent appraiser. Notwithstanding §§ 5-17-15 and 5-17-16, the commission may sell or lease real property in a commercially reasonable manner, including public auction, after the value of the real property has been fixed by appraisement by an independent appraiser. No sale or lease may be made for less than the appraised value.
