5-17-3. Bonds of commission members. The secretary-treasurer shall furnish a bond to the state in such sum as the Cement Plant Commission may require. The other members of the commission, except the Governor, shall furnish a bond to the state in a sum not less than five thousand dollars. The bond so furnished shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties and to account for and pay over all moneys and property which may come into their hands and shall be approved and filed in like manner as bonds given by state officers.
