5-17-41. Confidentiality of proprietary information by State Cement Commission. Information on pricing, costs, market share, customers, and personnel as may be deemed proprietary by the State Cement Plant Commission is confidential, except that such information is available to the auditor general, the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council, and the Governor. Such confidential information may not be disclosed by employees of the commission either during employment or within a period of two years following such employment.
