Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-15 > Statute-58-15-5458-15-54. Prohibited policy provisions in industrial life insurance--Denial of liability because of other insurance. No policy of industrial life insurance shall contain any provision by which the insurer may deny liability under the policy for the reason that the insured has previously obtained other insurance from the same insurer.
