Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-17 > Statute-58-17-11658-17-116. Administration of risk pool--Appointment of board--Members--Board may contract for performance of functions. A seven-member board appointed by the Governor shall administer the risk pool. The board shall include representatives of the Governor's Office, Department of Social Services, Bureau of Personnel, Department of Health, and Division of Insurance and two other persons appointed by the Governor. The board may contract for the performance of any of its functions.
