Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-17 > Statute-58-17-13458-17-134. Lifetime benefit maximums. Each plan shall provide the following lifetime benefit maximums:
(1) Two million dollars in paid expenses; and
(2) Ninety days coverage for inpatient alcoholism and substance abuse treatment.
