Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-17 > Statute-58-17-13558-17-135. Newborn coverage and eligibility. Any plan provided pursuant to §§ 58-17-68, 58-17-70, 58-17-85, and 58-17-113 to 58-17-142, inclusive, shall extend newborn coverage pursuant to §§ 58-17-30.2 to 58-17-30.4, inclusive, and shall provide that the newborn is eligible for an individual risk pool plan unless deemed ineligible pursuant to § 58-17-136.
