Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-18 > Statute-58-18-5358-18-53. Membership of voluntary health insurance purchasing organizations. Any organization may have a group health insurance policy issued to that organization on behalf of its members who would be insured under such policy. Members may join the organization, for the purpose of obtaining group health insurance, as individuals, employers, labor unions, associations, or substantially similar groups.
