Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-19 > Statute-58-19-1858-19-18. Individual policy or group certificate delivered to debtor. All credit life insurance and credit health insurance sold shall be evidenced by an individual policy, or in the case of group insurance by a certificate of insurance, which individual policy, or group certificate of insurance shall be delivered to the debtor.
