Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-19 > Statute-58-19-2858-19-28. Withdrawal of approval of form--Notice and hearing. The director may, at any time after a hearing held not less than twenty days after written notice to the insurer, withdraw his approval of any such form on any ground set forth in § 58-19-26. The written notice of such hearing shall state the reason for the proposed withdrawal.
