Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-20 > Statute-58-20-258-20-2. Policies subject to chapter. All policies or contracts made for the insurance of the compensation provided by the title, Workers' Compensation, or against employers' liability described in § 58-20-12, shall be deemed to be made subject to the provisions of this chapter and all provisions of such policies inconsistent herewith shall be void.
