Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-22 > Statute-58-22-1958-22-19. Expiration of licenses. All licenses issued shall expire annually on May first unless revoked or suspended prior thereto by the director, or upon notice served upon the director that the insurer or employer of any runner has canceled the licensee's authority to act for such insurer or employer.
