Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-27 > Statute-58-27-7958-27-79. Name in which investments held. A company's investments shall be held in its own name or the name of its nominee. However, this provision does not apply under the circumstances outlined in §§ 58-27-80 to 58-27-83, inclusive.
