Statutes > South-dakota > Title-7 > Chapter-12 > Statute-7-12-227-12-22. Prisoner transportation expenses--State reimbursement. The county shall pay all necessary expenses, including travel, incurred in the transportation of adult and juvenile prisoners to state correctional institutions. The county may be reimbursed by the state from funds appropriated for such purpose.
