Statutes > South-dakota > Title-7 > Chapter-18 > Statute-7-18-47-18-4. Affidavit of official publications--Location of official newspapers. The editor, publisher, or foreman of each official newspaper, shall file or cause to be filed with the county auditor an affidavit of publication, executed in due form, of all legal official publications so made; provided, however, that not more than two newspapers within the same municipality shall be so designated, if there are other legal newspapers published elsewhere within the county.
