Statutes > South-dakota > Title-7 > Chapter-20 > Statute-7-20-127-20-12. Removal of officer neglecting to comply--Treasurer not liable for losses after compliance. Any county officer neglecting or refusing to comply with the provisions of §§ 7-20-1 to 7-20-11, inclusive, shall be subject to removal from office. The county treasurer shall not be liable on his official bond for any loss of money deposited in compliance with the provisions of said sections.
