Statutes > South-dakota > Title-8 > Chapter-11 > Statute-8-11-38-11-3. Authorization, issuance and sale--Vote required. The governing body of the township, if authorized by law, may authorize, issue, and sell bonds as provided in chapter 6-8B, except that the election shall be conducted by a two-thirds vote of the registered voters present and voting at any annual township meeting or special township meeting called for that purpose.
