Statutes > South-dakota > Title-9 > Chapter-32 > Statute-9-32-139-32-13. Regulation and operation of cemeteries. Every municipality shall have power to establish, maintain, and regulate cemeteries within or without the municipality, to cause cemeteries to be removed and prohibit their establishment within, or within one mile of the corporate limits; and to provide for the operation and control of any cemetery belonging to the municipality by a corporation or association organized for cemetery purposes.
