Statutes > South-dakota > Title-9 > Chapter-32 > Statute-9-32-179-32-17. Records of sales--Deeds and perpetual care certificates. The auditor or clerk shall maintain adequate records for the sale of burial spaces and for the sale of perpetual care. The municipality shall issue deeds for sale of burial spaces and certificates of purchase for perpetual care.
