Statutes > South-dakota > Title-9 > Chapter-43 > Statute-9-43-159-43-15. Meeting to consider assessment roll--Approval, amendment, or rejection. At the time and place fixed for such hearing, the governing body shall meet to consider the assessment roll and hear any objections thereto. Upon such hearing it may approve, equalize, amend, or reject the same.
