Statutes > Nevada > Title-1 > Chapter-2 > Court-and-justices > 2-1902.190 Power to take and certify acknowledgments and affidavits. The justices of the Supreme Court shall have power in any part of the State to take and certify:
1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court.
2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice in this state.
