2.230  Deputy clerks.  The Clerk of the Supreme Court may, under the hand and seal of the Clerk, appoint deputies in his or her office. A deputy so appointed may, during the absence or inability of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, perform all of the duties of a ministerial nature requisite and pertaining to the office.
