Statutes > Nevada > Title-1 > Chapter-3 > Courts-and-judges > 3-1503.150 Power to take and certify acknowledgments and affidavits. The judges of the district courts shall have power in any part of the State to take and certify:
1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court.
2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice of this state.
