4.390  Required for certain proceedings.  Proceedings in each justice court must be recorded by using sound recording equipment except where the board of county commissioners of the county in which the court is located authorizes, and the justice of the peace appoints, a certified court reporter to take down the proceedings in the same manner and with the same effect as in a district court.
