118B.0117 Ā āCorporate cooperative parkā defined. Ā āCorporate cooperative parkā means a manufactured home park owned by a nonprofit cooperative corporation formed pursuant to chapter 81 of NRS that is wholly owned or controlled by the tenants of the park.
