118B.022 Ā Administration of chapter; employees of Division prohibited from holding interest in manufactured home park.

1. Ā The provisions of this chapter must be administered by the Division, subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry.

2. Ā An employee of the Division shall not hold an interest in a manufactured home park.
