119B.050 - “Campground” defined.

119B.050  “Campground” defined.  “Campground” means any real property which has camping sites available for use, occupancy or ownership, unless all the camping sites are open to the general public for a daily or other periodic fee. The term does not include any residential structure affixed to the land.
