122.215  Solicitation on courthouse property to perform marriage.  It is unlawful for any county employee, commercial wedding chapel employee or other person to solicit or otherwise influence, while on county courthouse property, any person to be married by a marriage commissioner or justice of the peace or at a commercial wedding chapel.
