122.230  Failure of person solemnizing marriage to make and deliver certificate to county clerk or county recorder.  Every person solemnizing a marriage who fails or neglects to make and deliver an originally signed copy of the certificate thereof, within the time specified in NRS 122.130, to:

      1.  If the board of county commissioners has adopted an ordinance pursuant to NRS 246.100, the county clerk; or

      2.  If the board of county commissioners has not adopted an ordinance pursuant to NRS 246.100, the county recorder,

Ê is guilty of a misdemeanor.
