125A.555 Ā Appeals.

1. Ā An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding conducted pursuant to the provisions of NRS 125A.405 to 125A.585, inclusive, in the same manner as appeals in other civil cases are taken.

2. Ā To the extent consistent with the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Supreme Court shall expedite an appeal brought pursuant to this section.

3. Ā Unless the court enters a temporary emergency order pursuant to NRS 125A.335, the enforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child custody determination pending appeal.
