Statutes > Nevada > Title-12 > Chapter-132 > 132-160132.160 “Guardian” defined. “Guardian” means a person who has qualified as the guardian of a minor or incapacitated person pursuant to testamentary or judicial appointment, but does not include a guardian ad litem.
