159.127 Â Purposes for which property of ward may be sold, leased or placed in trust. Â A guardian of the estate, with prior approval of the court by order, may sell, lease or place in trust any of the property of the ward:
1. Â For the purpose of paying claims against the ward, the guardianship estate or the guardian of the estate.
2. Â For the purpose of providing for the proper care, maintenance, education and support of the ward and any person to whom the ward owes a legal duty of support.
3. Â For the purpose of investing the proceeds.
4. Â To obtain income through rentals or royalties.
5. Â For any other purpose that is in the best interests of the ward.
