159.1515 Â Sale of personal property of ward by guardian without notice.
1. Â A guardian may sell perishable property and other personal property of the ward without notice, and title to the property passes without confirmation by the court if the property:
(a) Will depreciate in value if not disposed of promptly; or
(b) Will incur loss or expense by being kept.
2. Â The guardian is responsible for the actual value of the personal property unless the guardian obtains confirmation by the court of the sale.
