159.156  Sale of interest in partnership, interest in personal property pledged to ward and choses in action of estate of ward.  The following interests of the estate of the ward may be sold in the same manner as other personal property:

1.  An interest in a partnership;

2.  An interest in personal property that has been pledged to the ward; and

3.  Choses in action.
