159.156 Ā Sale of interest in partnership, interest in personal property pledged to ward and choses in action of estate of ward. Ā The following interests of the estate of the ward may be sold in the same manner as other personal property:

1. Ā An interest in a partnership;

2. Ā An interest in personal property that has been pledged to the ward; and

3. Ā Choses in action.
