163.190  Penalty for violation of certain provisions of chapter.  If a trustee violates any of the provisions of NRS 163.010 to 163.200, inclusive, the trustee may be removed and denied compensation in whole or in part, and any beneficiary, cotrustee or successor trustee may treat the violation as a breach of trust.

      NRS 163.200  Uniformity of interpretation.  NRS 163.010 to 163.200, inclusive, must be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact them.
