178.430 Commitment of defendant exonerates bail. The commitment of the defendant, as mentioned in NRS 178.425, shall exonerate any bail the defendant may have given, or shall entitle any person authorized to receive the property of the defendant to a return of any money the defendant may have deposited instead of bail.
