179A.130  Log to be maintained of dissemination of information relating to records of criminal history.  Each agency of criminal justice which maintains and disseminates information relating to records of criminal history must maintain a log of each dissemination of that information other than a dissemination of the fact that the agency has no record relating to a certain person. The log must be maintained for at least 1 year after the information is disseminated, and must contain:

1.  An entry showing to what agency or person the information relating to records of criminal history were provided;

2.  The date on which the information was provided;

3.  The person who is the subject of the information; and

4.  A brief description of the information provided.
