199.370  Substitution of child.  A person to whom a child has been confided for nursing, education or any other purpose, who, with the intent to deceive a person, guardian or relative of the child, substitutes or produces to the parent, guardian or relative another child or person in the place of the child so confided, is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 1 year and a maximum term of not more than 10 years, and may be further punished by a fine of not more than $10,000.
