206.160 Â Leading or driving horse away without authority. Â Every person who shall willfully and maliciously:
1. Â Untie, unfasten or liberate, without authority, the horse or team of another; or
2. Â Lead, ride or drive away, without authority, the horse or team of another from the place where left by the owner or person in charge thereof,
ĂŠ shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
