213.1524 Ā Residential confinement of violator of parole: Terms and conditions; notification of parolee.

1. Ā In ordering a parolee to a term of residential confinement, the Board may establish the terms and conditions of that confinement.

2. Ā The Board may, at any time, modify the terms and conditions of the residential confinement.

3. Ā The Board shall cause a copy of its order to be delivered to the parolee.
