213.320 Ā Administration of program; duties of Director.

1. Ā If a program is established by the Department pursuant to NRS 213.300, the Director shall administer the program and shall:

(a) Refer offenders to employers who offer employment or to employment agencies that locate employment for qualified applicants;

(b) Effect placement of offenders under the program; and

(c) Generally promote public understanding and acceptance of the program.

2. Ā All state agencies shall cooperate with the Director in carrying out this section to such extent as is consistent with their other lawful duties.

3. Ā The Director shall adopt rules for administering the program.
