218F.700 Â Qualifications of Legislative Counsel; performance of duties. Â The Legislative Counsel:
1. Â Must be an attorney admitted to practice law in one of the United States and be versed in some or all of the following: Political science, parliamentary practice, legislative procedure, and the methods of research, statutory revision and bill drafting.
2. Â Shall perform the duties required by chapters 218A to 218H, inclusive, and chapter 220 of NRS.
