219.030 Â Duties of Commissioners. Â The Commissioners shall:
1. Â Examine the subjects upon which uniformity of legislation in the various states is desirable, but which are outside the jurisdiction of the Congress of the United States.
2. Â Confer upon these matters with Commissioners appointed by the other states for the same purpose.
3. Â Consider and draft uniform laws to be submitted for approval and adoption by the several states.
4. Â Generally devise and recommend such other and further course of action as shall accomplish the purpose of this chapter.
