225.430  Immunity from liability for acts and omissions made in good faith.  The Secretary of State and the deputies, employees and attorneys of the Secretary of State are not liable for any action or omission made in good faith by the Secretary of State, deputy, employee or attorney in carrying out the provisions of NRS 225.300 to 225.440, inclusive.

      NRS 225.440  Regulations.  The Secretary of State may adopt such regulations as he or she determines to be necessary or advisable to carry out the provisions of NRS 225.300 to 225.440, inclusive.
