228.160 Â Records of cases: Contents; inspection.
1. Â The Attorney General shall keep a record of each:
(a) Civil case to which the State or any officer of the State in his or her official capacity is a party; and
(b) Criminal case for which he or she is the principal prosecuting attorney.
2. Â The record must contain a copy of all pleadings and process, interlocutory and final orders, judgments and decrees, process issued thereon and satisfaction thereof, and memorandum of sentence.
3. Â Such records must be open to the public for inspection during business hours.
